Gestational Diabetes is the case of high blood sugar during pregnancy in women have never been diagnosed with diabetes. Gestational diabetes occurs when insulin does not respond well. This is often caused by pregnancy factors, such as the presence of the human chorionic catheter that interferes with sensitive insulin receptors, which in turn causes inappropriate high sugar levels.
